What is the Weekly Daily Data Report?

It is an automatic visual report that analyzes the completion of daily activity (Daily Work) for each employee in your company. It works on two periods: weekly (Monday-Friday/Saturday) and monthly (all working days of the month).

For each employee and each day, the report checks:

Whether there is at least one Daily Work entry

How many hours were reported

How many days remained uncompleted

The result? A clear table with green dots (completed + hours) and red dots (not completed), completion score per employee and automatic alerts.

What does the report include?

Main Dashboard

Active Employees — total number of employees in the reported period

Completion Rate — overall completion percentage (green/yellow/red)

Missing Days — total uncompleted days in the company

Alerts — number of employees with more than 2 uncompleted days

Daily Activity Table

Columns: days of the week/month

Rows: each active employee

Cells: green dot with hours or red dot

Final columns: Total Missing, Score %, Average hours/day

Automatic Email — every Saturday at 18:00, the report is automatically sent to all administrators and managers

How to access the report?

From Dashboard → press the blue "Weekly Daily Data" button

Choose Weekly or Monthly from the toggle in the top right

Navigate between weeks/months with the arrows

Switch between Status view (dots) or Hours Heatmap
