Register on workapp.ro, fill in your company details including the VAT rate in the Company Account. In Custom Service, create work templates for your most common tasks (e.g., “AC Service”, “Electrical Panel Installation”, “Monthly Maintenance”). In Pricing, set your hourly labor cost, rate per km, and currency. You have a dedicated Cost Calculator page that instantly calculates the hourly labor cost or how much money you need to generate daily when you open your office doors!
Add employees by creating accounts for them with email and password, then send them the login details. Also, add and create your client list (clients can also be created and added by employees from the Daily Data Collection form). You can set a different hourly rate for each employee on their employee addition page. In the field, employees log in instantly with their email and password and see a structured menu, not an empty form. Most teams are operational in a maximum of 30 minutes — no integration consultants, no SQL training, no migration projects.
On-site, the employee accesses the app on www.workapp.ro, selects/adds the client and the job (if defined for that client in offers), fills in the Daily Data Collection data, then submits when finished. Submitted reports are instantly visible to the administrator in Reports, where they can see costs, hours worked, send work estimates instantly to clients directly via email as PDF, or download them as EXCEL if modifications are needed. No more Friday afternoon 'I forgot to write it down' excuses.
The weekly Weekly Daily Data dashboard shows exactly what happened: total actual hours worked per employee reported via the app (normal + overtime, automatically split according to Romanian law), and in Analytics, you have a Financial Dashboard, revenue per client, productivity benchmarks, and Smart Insights analysis.
